2. Vehicle Listings & Information

- All vehicles are subject to prior sale. Pricing does not include taxes, registration, documentation fee ($499), or dealer handling fee ($350) unless stated.
- Manufacturer’s suggested retail price (MSRP) may differ from our selling price. For example, a 2026 Ford Mustang GT may have an MSRP of $48,000, but our price could be $46,500 after factory incentives.
3. Purchases & Reservations
- If you purchase a vehicle or book a service through Brand Cars, additional terms (e.g., Sales Agreement, Rental Contract) will apply.
- Vehicle hold deposit: $1,000 (non-refundable if you cancel after 48 hours; fully refundable if the vehicle fails an independent inspection within 7 days).
- Financing approval is subject to third-party lender criteria (e.g., minimum credit score of 620 for Standard Auto Loans Inc., or 580 for Premier Finance Group).
4. Rental Services (if applicable)
- If Brand Cars offers rentals:
- Renters must provide a valid driver’s license (held for at least 2 years) and full-coverage insurance.
- Minimum renter age: 23 (additional $25/day surcharge for drivers under 25).
- Late return fee: $50 per hour plus the daily rental rate.
- Fuel policy: Vehicle must be returned with the same fuel level as rented (premium fuel required for BMW, Mercedes, Audi models). Missing fuel incurs a $6.50/gallon refueling charge.
5. Intellectual Property
